Jayne Bristow

CEO
I have a robust background in leadership and fostering high-value partnerships. My career journey began in IT, transitioned into the lighting industry, and eventually led me to the charity sector. I am particularly proud of my role as CEO of To Live in H.O.P.E, where I am deeply passionate about their mission. Outside of work, I am dedicated to my family and children, enjoying activities like walking and traveling. I am also committed to improving children’s mental health and believes strongly in the possibility of a poverty-free world.

I’m a true business leader, owner and CEO of multiple successful UK companies and investor in people. I'm a proud vegan for the sake of our planet and all life on it. I'm passionate about health and wellbeing, being qualified in Sports Nutrition, Anatomy and Physiology, Psychology and Neuro Linguistic Programming. I'm honoured to be the Chair of Trustees, helping to create real change. Outside of work I like to go on coastal walks and runs.

Thomas Manners

Trustee
It's an incredible honour to be part of an organisation that is making such a profound impact in the lives of those facing homelessness, lack of education and those who have no access to clean drinkable water. This cause is very close to my heart after seeing the impact first hand and as I strongly believe that all people should be treated equally and receive fair opportunity.

Benjamin Ward

Trustee
My experiences have centred around fostering productive partnerships, understanding and meeting needs, and driving innovative solutions across various sectors. My skills lie in my ability to connect with people and my motivation stems from a desire to see businesses and individuals succeed, leveraging my expertise to ensure that growth is not only achieved but sustained. I am an environmentally conscious humanitarian, proudly committed to driving the charity’s mission forward with ethical practices.

Charity Director Ghana
I grew up in Kumasi, so I have seen first-hand the work that needs to be done. Before To Live In H.O.P.E, I noticed the lack of education and books provided for children in the area. I started teaching children, for free, for five years and have done charity work since. Being a part of this charity has allowed me to continue to improve the lives of those living in poverty. Outside of charity work, I love games like football and going to see animals in their natural habitat in safaris.

Dean Bristow

Social Media Content Creator
I am fuelled by a deep passion for creativity, with a rich background in graphic design, communications, and digital media. I am dedicated to leveraging my skills to advance the charity's mission and am committed to making the world a better place for everyone. My goal is to effectively communicate the objectives and goals for Ghana to the public and help bring in the much-needed donations. In my free time I play strategy games. I enjoy them because they provide a fun challenge and a good educational opportunity.

Mike Clarke

Trustee
I am a leading international authority on resilience and disaster management. I have worked in Ghana and across Africa for the last 14 years on projects from community to government level. Away from work, I am a passionate and long-suffering football fan (Sunderland). As Christians, my family and I are active members of their local church and regularly support congregations in Ghana.

Kelly Alston

Trustee
Throughout my life, I have actively sought opportunities to assist those in need, and I am thrilled to continue this journey as a member of the Board of Trustees at To Live In H.O.P.E. As an analytical thinker, I am always exploring new and creative ways to drive change. When I’m not working, you’ll often find me enjoying live music, eating delicious food, or sipping good wine- ideally all at once!
